In the Fields.

After a rough week of everyone getting on each other's nerves with
short tempers I decided this cool, cloudy Friday would be a good berry picking day.
Bristol and I did most of the picking while Boden and Maye decided they were more useful sampling from each and every bush.

Also, 6 year ago if you told me a child of mine would be wearing those god awful Paw Patrol sneakers I would have kicked you.

Yup. We own them.
AND they light up.

Anyway, we have a great little chemical -free farm near us that produces the best berries. They weren't picked over so it made the picking and sampling much easier.

Boden aided in the farms efforts to keep birds away by "talking" non stop at a level 10.
My apologies to anyone near us who got a steady stream of blueberry picking play by play.

We finished up then decided to make a small cut- you- own -flower bouquet for the kitchen.
We'll be back in a few weeks for black berries and raspberries!
